news...good and very exciting news! Von's completed graphic novel, the
road to god knows... is running on GirlAMatic!
It started on December 3rd and has been rolling like clockwork since that time. Four pages of story update every single Monday.

Art show at La Dolce Vita!
The show runs from May 19th to May 31st at La Dolce Vita in Ottawa. Von will be there for the opening on May 19th (from approximately 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM) - if you'd like to come and say "hi," that's the best time to do it! Should be fun!
Parkdale Gallery AND
new radio interviews!
The GirlAMatic gig, as well as the fact that Von had an art showing at the Parkdale Gallery, has meant some excellent press:
Von was recently on
CBC's All in a Day, talking to host Adrian Harewood; listen to the interview here.
And the very
next day, he was a guest at CKCU, talking to Susan Johnston on Special Blend
(with the Parkdale Gallery's wonderful owner, James Robinson)!That

On top of it all of that, Von was also interviewed in early January for the show Ottawa
Living
for Rogers Television. This was done at the Parkdale Gallery
and thanks again to the fine folks there for letting Von use their gallery space
to do this piece. If you're ever curious what the mysterious Von Allan look and sound like,

At APE 2007, we gave
